Her character of Willa McPherson as a reporter on the Dirt series became very popular. Alexandra was also the voice of a number well-known animated TV shows, including 'Family Friend.' She was also a part of on the popular tv show 'The Walking Dead', after she made her name through two seasons of "American Horror Story' between the year 2011 and 2013.
