Heidi Klum was conceived in Bergisch Gladbach in Germany in June of 1973. Erna Klum was her hairdresser mother. Gunther Kum was the manager of an organization that dealt in cosmetics. Heidi's father was formerly Director of Production for the 4711 fragrance company. The city of her birth is Bergisch Gladbach (a city of approximately 100,000 people, located six miles west of Cologne) Heidi was raised there. German-American actress, television hostess as well as model Heidi Klum now lives in southern California.
