Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (March 28 1986). Pop singer. Known worldwide as Lady Gaga. She was born in New York, York. Her mother is Cynthia Louise Bissett vice president of the mobile operator Verizon. Joseph Anthony Germanotta Jr. was director of the company that operates an online networking platform. His family is Catholic and she was raised in the Upper East Side in Manhattan. Her parents enrolled their daughter at the Convent of the Sacred Heart, a religious and elitist institution. Since her early years she's been a lover of music. She began to play the piano at a quite young age. She also wrote her first original song when she was 13. Nights at open mics were her favorite. She was a fan of Queen Michael, Madonna, and David Bowie. After completing high school, she enrolled at the Tisch School of Art of New York University to study music. They did not allow her to finish her study, but left them to pursue her career in music.
